Welcome to my website that is a portal to Personal Transformation. My name is Eric Lifgren and I am what I call a Bodypsychotherapist. I work with individuals, couples and groups. My intention is to support clients to have the opportunity to reclaim disowned truths that will allow them to reduce pain and suffering and find personal fulfillment. This is accomplished by supporting clients to evolve more rapidly on the physical, emotional, mental & spiritual levels. I use many skills and methods which work the body, behaviors, feelings, and spiritual connections to promote real wholesome change. Through these experiences, clients become more healthy, happy and present to life's gifts.
